We are thrilled to bring you this clean, scrumptious Turkey Stock freshly made from Polyface turkeys by local food producer Vic & Jules. Vic & Jules starts by roasting Polyface turkey to crispy brownness, then slow simmering it with aromatics: carrot, celery, onion, and bay. The result is a deeply flavorful, richly colored stock. An excellent base for soups, try it where you might usually reach for chicken stock for a subtle change.
