Marinate in rosemary and garlic
Meadow Wood Farm raise Katahdin hair sheep using rotational grazing practices. The flock is entirely grass fed and moved to new pasture every few days. Unlike wool sheep, hair sheep have a very tender flavor, not tough or gamey at all. To protect from coyotes, Jessie and Shane employ a guard donkey named Buster--who secretly thinks he is a sheep.
